Carnival of Healing #173 Sealed With Love
I am delighted and honored to be hosting the Carnival of Healing #173 during this special week in history/herstory, and I am especially grateful to About.com’s Guide to Holistic Healing, Phylameana Iila Desy for giving me the opportunity to host my first carnival. The Carnival of Healing is a weekly round up of personal blog posts on the topics of holistic health, wellness, spirituality, and self-empowerment. Next week Nina Dixon will be hosting Carnival #174.
This week’s blog roll is about the abundant mysticism of you!
1 – is the number of the Sun reflecting individuality and the Divine Spark
7 – symbolizes Neptune the planet of mysticism and imagination
3 – is for Jupiter, the planet of abundance and expansion
I work with color. Having seen auras since childhood color interpretation comes naturally to me. So, to guide you on this blog journey I have created this week’s carnival to reflect the colors and symbolism of the seven major hue-man chakras. If you are not familiar with chakras they are like an energetic alimentary canal - they take energy in, process it, and then eliminate whatever is not needed. They are particularly susceptible to thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, and especially sensitive to the environment. Each blog entry comes under a color with a subheading that reflects the gifts or challenges of that color.

Daylle presents the principles of resonance in a way that highlights their true meaning. In her words, “Though the economy is creating a negative environment, you can keep your own little corner of the world positive.”
Food
We know that antioxidants are good for us, but why are they beneficial and where do they come from? What Antioxidants Really do and Easy Ways to Get Enough answers these questions, and the inclusion of an Indigo super-food didn’t escape my notice – keeps my color buds happy!

One of the reasons many of us are attracted to the healing profession is because we recognize a need to heal ourselves. Author and psychic medium Carole Lynne shares memories of her mother in My Mother’s Sewing Basket and relating how important it is to forgive. This post triggered a flurry of comments from her readers.
Balance
John Wolfe believes that each and every one of our actions, no matter how trivial, creates an impact; not only in our lives, but in the lives of others as well. Evoking Change Through Uplifting Action is a lesson in how to deal with the law of cause and effect.

Your Weekly ColorScope For February 21st
Your Weekly ColorScope can be heard on the Leave it Cleaver Show in its new time slot of Saturday - 12.00 to 2.00pm, and my call in time is 1.30pm.
Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Kiwi Green, Dragon Yellow, and Pomegranate Red Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!.
Kiwi Green
Feeling Your Way
.jpg)
A group of friends will rally round you to help you make some difficult decisions this week. Be open to everyone’s perspectives. This collective viewpoint will guide you to make the right choices. At some point you will talk about education and will discuss some new form of training that you are particularly drawn to. Health wise you may feel a little off. You are more sensitive than you realize and tend to react to changes in atmospheric pressure. This tendency would be worth investigating. The image for you this week is a kiwi fruit formerly known as a Chinese gooseberry. So don’t be surprised if there are Chinese or New Zealand influences around you.
Green is the heart chakra color and the inner heart is pink. So try wearing pink with green this week to support your journey.
Dragon Yellow
Breathing out Fear
.jpg)
You have had more than your fair share of prickly moments lately. These relate to fears surrounding an event that you are in the process of preparing for. Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, affirm, ” I go with the flow easily and effortlessly.” In 4 to 6 weeks this event will be in the past and you can move on with your life. In the meantime, this is an opportunity for you to understand and face your fears, and to deal with them as they arise. Notice how your body reacts during this time. Tune into your body, and let go of any tension you are storing in your body into the breath. Dragon fruit from the cactus represents yellow this week so try practicing the yoga “Breath of Fire.” Dragon fruit comes from South America, so expect links with these cultures and places over the coming two weeks.
The opposite of yellow is violet, the color of transformation. If you have a purple glass or vessel, fill it with water, position where it will receive rays from the sun, leave it for 24 HRS and then drink up. Make this a daily practice for at least the next month.
Pomegranate Red
Mysteries Revealed
.jpg)
Red is the color of the center of the earth and Pomegranate the fruit of the underworld. Pomegranates appear on the High Priestess tarot card and it is believed that it was actually the forbidden fruit from the Garden of Eden. So, for you this week there will be mysteries revealed, questions are answered, and all confusion replaced with clarity. You have been through a great deal of soul searching this year and you are about to reap the benefits of your perseverance. An unexpected phone call or message from a woman will trigger events over the coming month that will make you think you’re on a wild goose chase. All will be revealed some time around the month of May. There could be some Greek and Indian influences for you during this time.
Try wearing red with white to clarify your purpose. White reflects all colors and combined with red will help illuminate your current path.

Your Weekly ColorScope For February 28th
Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -
Raven Black, Flamingo Pink, and Peacock Green
Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!
Raven Black
Magical Blend
.jpg)
Even though you are unable to put your finger on exactly what is going on around you, this is nonetheless an exciting time for you. Black is supposedly a non-color, but it really reflects something that has yet to be discovered. It also symbolizes your ability to absorb knowledge. So, this week, be open to receiving new and exciting information that you did not know existed. Synchronistically it will magically appear just when you need it. Take note of this event and identify how you created it. That way you can recreate this magic whenever you desire.
Meditation means to go within, so use meditation to journey into your darkness with the intention of finding something new and magical.
Flamingo Pink
Love Connections
.jpg)
Over the coming week much of your time will be focused on partnerships and relationships, in particular you will be making plans to connect with friends. Some of these plans will involve business discussions, but rest assured that all communications this week are destined to run smoothly for you. Midweek a surprise meeting will be far more enjoyable than anticipated. Toward the end of the week you will be searching for words. If you call upon your many friends for assistance you will receive the inspiration you need.
Carry two pieces of rose quartz crystal with you this week to support cooperative partnerships.
Peacock Green
Seeing Eye to Eye
.jpg)
For you it will be one thing after another, but the good thing is that by this time next week you will be over the worst. One of your biggest challenges will be getting everyone to see eye to eye on a particular venture. Green is the color of balance, it reflects your ability as a moderator and this quality will stand you in good stead over the coming 10 days. A lot of your discussions will be about money and balancing what is going out with what is coming in. Provided you stay centered during your negotiations everything should turn out OK.
Place a piece of malachite crystal on top of your wallet or purse each night and if you have green money such as dollars make sure the heads on the notes are facing down into your wallet.
If you like Your Weekly ColorScope you are going to love my monthly color forecast too. My ColorScope is one of a kind and is updated monthly. Check back later for my first Video Color Forecast.

Your Weekly ColorScope For March 14th
This week’s colors are inspired by last week’s Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show guest Rich Goodhart’s website. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -
GOLD, SILVER, GREEN
Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!
Gold
From the Heart
.jpg)
You can’t keep it locked inside any longer it all has to come out. Gold reflects your inner treasure, whatever that maybe. This could be an emotional bounty, or maybe the wealth of your experience and wisdom, or it might be that you have a secret that has been hidden away and it is time to let it out. You are a little on edge at the moment so don’t be too hasty, gather the information you need that will allow you to open up in a safe space.
Action: Imagine yourself surrounded by gold, draw this into your solar plexus and allow your inner sun to shine.
Silver
Intuition
.jpg)
You’ve been receiving a lot of intuitive messages. Stop ignoring them! This is the perfect time for you to develop your intuitive skills. Write down the messages you receive then meditate on whether or not they are literal or symbolic. This is the week of messages - you will be writing a very important letter, a group event will give you food for thought and a message from a woman will be significant although possibly a little cryptic.
Action: Train your intuition. Write down a question, meditate on receiving an answer then note whatever comes to you - even if it’s a little strange
Green
Compassion
.jpg)
You are a compassionate soul and your concern for others and for the planet will be the driving force for you this week. Green is the color of a new project, but this isn’t just any venture. It is one you will probably start out alone and will gain momentum in the next six months. Along the way you will unite with new and old friends who are on the same path. This is a two-year influence so don’t be surprised if you travel the globe during this time in pursuit of your purpose.
Action: Spend time with nature, and go hug a tree!
If you like Your Weekly ColorScope you are going to love my monthly color forecast too. My ColorScope is one of a kind and is updated monthly. Check back later for my first Video Color Forecast.

Your Weekly ColorScope for March 28th
This week’s colors are inspired by Gaia’s bounty. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -
AMETHYST, GREEN TOURMALINE, SAPPHIRE
Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!
Amethyst
Intuition

Your intuition will be working overtime this week. It will guide you exactly where you need to go, will share frequent glimpses of your next step possibly in your dreams, and will inspire you to say the right thing at the right time. Your intuitive energy will motivate a friend to speak with you about his or her life. Be honest, but use good judgment when offering your words of wisdom.
Action:Amethyst is a cleansing and protective stone. Place it next to your computer to cleanse the electromagnetic energy, and use it to meditate with to find deep inner peace.
Green Tourmaline
Blessings

You will need to garner a little patience as you wait for your wishes to manifest. In the meantime, take some time out from your focus and do something different, something that you may not have done in a while. There is so much in the world to appreciate, but your focus has been a little blinkered and you have missed out on some of the joy. So while you wait for your big break, look around and take full advantage of the blessings and wonders that life currently has to offer you.
Action:Green Tourmaline is a stone of magic. Place a piece in your pocket to attract blessings in the most creative way possible.
Sapphire
Work
You can look at this week from two perspectives, one of opportunity or one of frustration. Either way it will feel like an uphill struggle, but your hard work will be worth it in the end. While those around you are not overly grateful for your input, try to let go of your need for praise, your time will come and when it does you will be grateful for the solid foundation you are currently building.
Action:Sapphire is a stone of destiny, creativity, and inspiration. It starts out rough. It’s true beauty is not seen until it is cut and polished. Use this image to inspire you over the coming weeks.

Your Weekly ColorScope for April 4th
This week’s colors are inspired by singer and artist, Eva Cassidy. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

Gold
Fields of Gold

Your creativity may have been a little stifled lately, but this week that closed in feeling is going to lift and all those ideas that have been at arms length will flood into your consciousness. A happy event toward the end of the week sees you reunited with loved ones, and in the next two weeks there will be news bringing the promise of change. Initially you will view this as unlucky, but in time you will see just how fortuitous it really is.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s Fields of Gold
Rainbow
Over the Rainbow

Rainbows contain all the colors, but to see a rainbow you need light and a spectrum. This reflects your current situation, in other words, in order to manifest your vision you need optimum conditions and more than two ingredients or people working in unison. There is a right time for everything and when that time comes everything will fall into place and the rainbow will appear. What you may not be expecting is that additional gift – the pot of gold, which is not necessarily literal, but will be just as good.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s version of Over the Rainbow.
Blue-Green
Eva’s Favorite Colors

Your emotions have been a little up and down recently. This is not bad; it is spring-cleaning your internal world and preparing you for a summer of love. Over the coming year you will connect with old friends from previous lifetimes commonly known as soul mates. Think back to when you were a child. Which place in the world did you most connect with? This is a clue that will link you with at least one of your soul mates this year.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s True Colors

Your Weekly ColorScope for May 2nd 2009
This week’s colors are inspired by my new fairy crown - I’ll post a photo soon so that you can see it in all its glory.
Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -
FAERIE OPAL, DRYAD BROWN, LEPRECHAUN GREEN
Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast
Faerie Opal
Surprises

Take one cup of rainbow sparkles, mix with a handful of laughter, add a pinch of happiness and what do you get? This is your life this week and it will be charmed with all kinds of wonderful surprises. Some of them will be immediately recognizable as blessings, while others will be appreciated later. One new or recently made friend will play an increasingly important role in your life over the coming weeks and months leading to new experiences and possibly joint career ventures.
Action:Make a wish and blow Fairy Dust into the wind as you repeat the wish three-times.
Dryad Brown
Soul Mates

There is a group of people you are connected with on a soul level; the problem is you just haven’t found them on a physical level yet. That yearning you have been feeling is your heart guiding you to link with these like-minded souls. You can mix with anyone, but you need to be with people who are on the same level as you. Once you reconnect with your soul group everything your life has been about so far will fall into place.
Action: Dryads are tree fairies, so take a walk in the woods and connect with the trees, they will guide you to find your soul mates.
Leprechaun Green
Stepping Stones

It hasn’t been easy for you over this last couple of weeks, but things are about to change. You might experience one minor hiccup that will delay a long awaited event, but don’t let this stand in the way of your happiness especially as it is a transient phase and will soon pass. May is a particularly good month for you, so look on the bright side and when obstacles get in the way know that they are merely stepping stones taking you from where you are now into another wonderful moment in time.
Action:In green ink, write down three things you would like to achieve this month and next to each one write one step you can take toward its manifestation.

Green
Love

Love is in the air for you arriving via some form of connection with trees. One of these messages of love will be straight in front of your eyes. To see it you need to open your heart and accept that you deserve to be loved. Mid-week a gift of money will perk up your spirits and a loved one “in spirit” will send you a message of hope.
The Gift: Find a tree you most connect with and give it some love.
Gold
Awards

Kudos to you! Something you have been working on for the past six months is coming to fruition. While everyone will not appreciate your hard work, you can sit back and reap the benefits of a job well done. Your next project will come via three messages; one from a woman of good standing, a flower, and the written word.
The Gift: Place three gold objects in the north/fame area of your workspace to invoke blessings.
Purple
Peace

This week, purple reflects your connection with others. Work has been getting in the way and your friendships are suffering. A quick fix is to come back to your center and renegotiate your commitments. In the long term though, take a look at your values. You will feel more at peace when you make an intention to honor them.
The Gift: Check Win’s blog tomorrow for a Values/Clarification questionnaire designed by Life Coach Suzanne Danberg to help you clarify your values.
